First we’ll hop on a phone call and get to know your dream day. We will get to hear everything you envision, want and hope for on your big day so that we can begin to design a wedding that captures the both of you.
Next, we will begin to research, book and get to know your premium vendors. We will continue to design your big day all while meeting with vendors, scheduling tastings, ordering rentals, and staying in constant communication.

Yes! The average couple spends about 300 hours planning their wedding. Much of that time is spent looking for vendors and then meeting with one after the other until you find the perfect one. As a wedding planner, I have already done the homework and have formed relationships with quality vendors. By getting to know you I can then direct you to one or two vendors that match your personality as well as your budget. This service alone will save you many hours.
Hiring a professional, allows you, your fiance’, family and friends to truly be present on your day. Your planner/coordinator will handle the nitty gritty details, will streamline communication for your vendors, help your day run smoothly by staying on time and will set up every detailed planned.
Definitely! I will do as much, or as little, as you want me to do during the wedding planning process. I always ask you what you want and I then make my suggestions to you.
No, I will never take on more than one wedding per day. Most of the time, I will never take on more than one wedding per weekend. This allows us to only focus on you, not another couple, in the days leading up to your special day
yes! I am based in Phoenix, az and able to travel nationwide! I do have a base fee for traveling in and out of state. Let me know if your wedding is out of the greater phoenix area and I can send you a quote!

A wedding venue’s in-house coordinator works for the venue, not for you. Their job is to make decisions that are in the best interest of the venue and its property and staff. Wedding planners, on the other hand, do work for you and their best interest is making sure you have a stress-free day that’s flawlessly executed. Planners will also transition between multiple venues, such as your getting ready location, the place where you have the ceremony, and the reception venue.
If you want a truly stress-free wedding day that prioritizes your vision and well-laid plans, it’s best to hire a wedding planner.
